ANIMADOR/A HOTEL

This job is open to individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain or to individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destination, during Summer 2026. If you speak English and ideally another European language, keep reading! 

You are a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.  

A fully adaptable, confident and positive individual who can work well under pressure.  

Comfortable working with children and young adults, always leading by example.  

Additional performance skills such as presenting, singing, dancing, are desirable but not essential.  

You feel comfortable to communicate well in English – other languages are appreciated but not mandatory.  

Finally… you will be proud to wear and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.    

You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities to our guests of all ages and nationalities.  

You will deliver and contribute to the evening programme and events.  

You will have high focus on delivering safe family programmes, planning activities and events for all ages, including children, teens, and families in our resorts.  

You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.  

And you deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards. 

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. 

Your Salary plus meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. 

If you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation with own bedroom and flights will be provided. 

If you will be placed outside of Spain we offer a Private Health Insurance with Allianz or Sanitas included and costs for your visa/work-permit and background check processing are covered.
