TUI Baby or Kids Club Host / Animador(a) Miniclub

This job is open to individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain or to individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destination, during Summer 2026. If you speak English and ideally another European language, keep reading! 

You genuinely love working with children and have relevant experience, while confidently and proactively communicating with guests and the hotel team.  

A recognised childcare qualification is desirable, but strong experience will also be considered. 

You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions.  

Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care. 

Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.  

You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions. 

You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.  

Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.  

Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.  

You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible, to guests’ requirements  

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. 

Your Salary plus meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. 

If you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation with own bedroom and flights will be provided. 

If you will be placed outside of Spain we offer a Private Health Insurance with Allianz or Sanitas included and costs for your visa/work-permit and background check processing are covered.
