An internship program designed for students to gain their first professional experiences, discover our purpose, and understand what drives us to reimagine medicine.

Data & tools drives the transformation of Finance within Novartis through data, advanced analytics, and digital tools. It combines business expertise with technology, data science, AI, and visualization to deliver scalable solutions for financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. The team works closely with global stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful, data-driven solutions, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and adoption across markets while unlocking insights that support strategic and operational finance outcomes.

● Degree in UX/UI Design

● Master student related to the sector or internship score

● Availability to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months (possibility to extend to 12 months is highly valued)

● High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken)

● Advanced proficiency in office tools and digital platforms

● Availability to work full-time

● Availability to start from June 2026, with the possibility to attend Novartis offices in Barcelona

● Improve visuals (images, layout, consistency) across existing training materials, aligning look & feel with central UX standards for a more cohesive experience

● Support creation of video-based training content focused on scalability and low maintenance pages

● Explore opportunities to enhance training with AI (e.g., guided walkthroughs, smart recommendations, automation of content creation)

● Define and document UX tracking guidelines identifying key UX metrics (e.g.,feature usage, drop-offs, engagement, churn)

● Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability feedback) gathering actionable insights for product teams

● Translate feedback into clear UX recommendations and improvement areas

● Support validation of new features and training effectiveness

● Support design, copy (script planning) and optimization of in-app guidance,ensuring tutorials are intuitive, contextual, and aligned with key user journeys

● Flexible hybrid work model: combination of on-site work offices in Barcelona and remote work

● Full-time internship schedule with flexibility: Monday to Friday, from 8:30–9:00 to 17:30–18:00, depending on agreement

● 6 months internship with possibility of extension up to 12 months

● Paid internship: €969.39 gross per month

● Company experience including onboarding training, supervision and continuous mentoring by specialized professionals, and ongoing HR support
