¿QUÉ PERFIL ESTAMOS BUSCANDO/ REQUISITOS?

Mission

The ideal candidate us Sales Specialist will be ensure support to the GKAM/KAM in the preparation of sales quotations, budgets, forecasts and plans, ensuring adequate back-office and front-office control over tracking and reporting activities related to project planning and progress, monitoring timelines and prototype development plans and ensuring customer contact.

¿QUÉ FUNCIONES REALIZARÁS?

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensures back-office and front-office control of monitoring and reporting activities related to project planning and progress, as well as deadlines and prototype progress plans.

- Verifies the correctness of price lists and customer orders.

- Ensures the collection, in the case of simple offers, of the documentation necessary to prepare the offer.

- Ensures the management of the project documentation (document storage, correspondence management, price list dissemination, etc.) as far as commercial aspects are concerned.

- Ensures full support to the GKAM/KAM in the drafting of bids, price list verification, preparation of quotations, FCT and Plans.

- Prepares necessary documentation in case of internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Higher Degree in Administration or Bachelor Degree

Specific knowledge: sales support

Fluent English

Customer-service oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office
