The main objective of the program is to develop you with a business oriented fast-track Leadership Development program where you will be able to bring your strengths and experience in different and challenging projects and assignments. During the rotations, we will help you, through performance and potential assessments and development follow-ups, to grow as a leader and preparing you to start a leadership career in Novartis.
What you will bring to the role:
✅ Follow program rotation assignments to complete relevant working tasks and learning objectives in each rotation.
✅ Mobility and willingness to move across different Spanish regions and countries.
✅ High interest in pharmaceutical industry and Commercial Development careers.
✅ Fluent English and Spanish (both oral and written).
✅ High potential to bring your strengths and experience to our Organizational Capabilities:

Requirements:
✅At least 6 months experience in Novartis Spain within Ubloom Internship Program in the following areas: Marketing, BECE or VAS.
✅ Fresh Bachelor, Master’s graduates related to the sector or the practices to be developed in an
early stage of their career.
✅Pursue career development in commercial field and willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.
✅ Highly proven performance track and contribution to Ubloom Internship Program.
