Key Responsibilities:
Is aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available within their remit
Co-ordinates the day to day running and maintenance of all digital tools within the Brand Flagship
Leads and co-ordinates checks for all digital aspects of the store prior to and during trade, able to complete basic troubleshooting where required with equipment both at hand and BOH in Comms rooms, escalating where unable to locally resolve
Main troubleshooter for all topics pertaining to I.T and facilities and provides on site support for remote fixes where required
Updates and maintains the store asset register for I.T equipment working closely with I.T on the hardware lifecycles and the main point of contact for new, replacements or returned equipment.
Prioritizes at all times the Instore Experience (ISE) and uses attention to detail to provide the consumer the ideal shopping environment
Is aware of updates to systems, content and proactively manages them with the appropriate team to ensure minimal impact on store, coordinating specific times and dates that changes can be made.
Partners with and is the Store Point of Contact for adidas and their appointed service providers in regards to all I.T local, market and global as well as Facility Matters these include but are not limited to providers such as; 123, Infrastore, Mitie, KONE etc.
Co-ordinating in advance the required Planned Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance and any other actions required to be taken with the adidas appointed service provider
Is supported by UK Facilities Team to maintain the Flagship Cleaning Specification and be the Store Point of Contact for internal and external cleaning in line with that document
Monitors the performance of outsourced service providers in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs to achieve best service and standards for the Brand Flagship
Escalates where required breaches of SLAs from Contractors or 3rd Party service providers to Line Manager and the relevant Department to ensure penalties are issued
Logs all issues regarding I.T and Maintenance via the appropriate system (ASPEN or CAFM)
Provides detailed analysis on I.T and Facility related topics to Line Manager and Store Director to identify clear ways of improvement
Lead sustainability matters with our Service Providers and Contractors to ensure full compliance to adidas’ commitment to this topic
Maintain audit records for all legally required checks, tests and risk assessments
Support via attendance or feedback active contract management with the relevant function and their nominated 3rd party service provider
Assists in the raising PO’s where required for I.T or Facility related topics
Is seen as confident and competent in their areas of expertise.
Collaborates productively and respectfully with all team members acting as one Store Team to meet or exceed store goals
Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance
To assist Line Manager with additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role to support the store
Coordinate administrative processes for new hires
Control and monitoring of contract completion and renewal management.
Management of settlements and end of contracts.
Absenteeism control (coordination and sending of sick leave reports, confirmations and social security registrations).
Control of the vacation schedule of the team.
Management and processing of employee discounts.
Delivery of payroll and management of social benefits (sports aid, studies, etc.).
Monthly movements on hourly basis and additional hours, holidays, overtime...
Processing the team's queries about payroll, certificates, etc.
Control and administrative management in the field of occupational accidents.
Monthly control of store operating expenses.
Quarterly management of material orders.
