¿QUÉ PERFIL ESTAMOS BUSCANDO/ REQUISITOS?

We are looking for Logistics Customer Service. Your mission will be to act as front office with the customer. To satisfy customer needs, upload the EDI, organize shipments and pick up with carriers/customers.

¿QUÉ FUNCIONES REALIZARÁS?

Your role:

-Keeps an updated and correct order book;

-Fulfills customer inquiries and documentation regarding order, deliveries, shipments;

-Keeps track of EDI/Customer orders updates;

-Verifies that orders are within contractual capacity and highlights deviations;

-Ensures customer service metrics achievement (customer service level/backlog).

Requirements:

Superior degree (FP II)

Specific knowledge: Customer service.

Fluent English. Nice to have other languages
