‎Our global Graduate Programme is designed to bring together change makers with a diversity of perspectives and equip them with the tools needed to accelerate their personal and professional development. The two-year programme allows you to explore the world while developing your career. You will be taken on three to four rotations around the globe where you will work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of growth opportunities. What is the difference between Global and International Operations (IO)?

While all our programmes offer the chance to explore the world and be stationed in new and exciting locations, our Global positions focus on operations at our headquarters in Denmark, whereas International Operations positions give graduates the opportunity to return to our affiliate offices in their home countries when their rotations conclude.

Our IO positions also have specific requirements based on the countries they are located in, while Global positions are open to all nationalities.
